Painting your rims black will improve your car's appearance especially if your stock rims are rusted, faded, or if the original paint is starting to fade.
First thing you need is paint, you can get Rustoleum spray cans. They come in flat black as well as glossy black. If your short on cash, you can go to home depot and buy Quick Color Glossy Black for $1 each. Spray the rims, make sure you spray the rims with some distance that way the paint will be distributed evenly. Give the rims a couple coats, and finish it off with clear coat. Now give yourself a pat in the back, your done!
